During this strategic growth period John’s role included strategy reviews; the assessment of risk profiles and products for corporate and project financing; due diligence, structuring and reviewing domestic and foreign acquisitions and potential acquisitions; and the structuring of debt and equity to maximise shareholder returns for the various domestic and foreign investments of the Lend Lease Group in the USA, UK and Asia.
John joined Westpac Banking Corporation as Chief Manager – Corporate and Institutional Property Finance. John’s teams were responsible for the development of unique financing solutions for high value, complex property transactions.
